From start to finish, Nick at Hewlett Collision kept me informed of the process and answered all my questions. While my vehicle ended up being totaled, I fully trusted the team at Hewlett Collision to get the job done. Fingers crossed I won't need to come back with another vehicle, but if I do, I'd be more than happy to work with them again.
I cannot begin to express what an awesome job the collision department did for me today. Rod, the manager, went above and beyond the meaning of customer service. I love Hewlett. Jeff was friendly and informative when it came to my car. When I got my car back it looked great compared to how it went in due to a collision. I have gotten all my cars serviced there and always have had a good experience.
The staff at Don Hewlett Collision are great. Greeted as soon as you walk in the door. They schedule you when they are ready to get started so you aren’t paying for a rental with your vehicle just sitting. Josh is great. Calls with updates and makes the whole process easy. Quality of work is flawless. Great experience.

Patrick went above and beyond to get my son's GTI back on the road to college. A woman backed into his car a week before driving back to college in Arizona. We needed the bumper repaired at a certified VW repair center and in a hurry! Patrick was professional even when I called multiple times to make sure the car would be ready in time. He even coordinated with our VW service advisor at Hewlett VW to have the car brought over to make sure the fluids and tires were "road ready" for our trip when we picked it up!! Thanks Patrick!!
I was rear ended hard and the other party's insurance accepted 100% liability. My primary concern was whether or not the frame was bent. Jene answered all of my questions precisely and professionally and worked with the insurance adjuster to my complete satisfaction. My vehicle was totaled due to the frame being bent beyond repair. Should I ever need a body shop in the future, I am definitely coming back to see Jene.
Jene Dold was professional, courteous and personable. He did an excellent job. Our car was fixed and we knew it would be in good hands this time around. We would not consider taking our car anywhere else.
I have been impressed with all aspects of Don Hewlett. Started with the service dept., my advisor helped me with my 2012 Cruze a couple of times, he was excellent. In July, 2015 I totaled this car and the Hewlett Collision center help was excellent. So when it came time for the replacement, I chose Don Hewlett Chevrolet because of my positive customer service. I am based out of Austin during the work week and it’s a relief to know I have a great team looking out for me!
So took my 2017 VW into Hewlett after backing into a pole. Jene gave me a thorough estimate and went over it. Prices seemed very fair and Jene did a great job of explaining timeframe and what to expect. Wow they got done ahead of schedule and its immaculate...cleaned up and looks great. So courteous – best body shop experience I have ever had. This is the place to go!!!
Everyone at Hewlett is always amazingly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate being treated like part of the family rather than a number. Whether they are servicing my vehicle, repairing it in the Collision Center, or selling me a newer model, I know I will get a fair deal and they stand behind their work.

My car was in an accident. The whole front end was messed up.. “The apple” (my car) looked so shiny and pretty... can’t even tell it’s been in an accident.
